at last i got hold of a pc...my old faithful "love" died - maybe it couldn't stand the amount of hot stuff it saw 24/7...

I need a new pc....or at least a pc which can post some of my shit on the net...

and i need a job...anyone has anything just email me (Malta based jobs only please...and i'm more intelligent than i sound (beleive it or not)). Actually I'm abit desperate right now so anything goes - ie manual work/office work

and i need to sleep...sleeping 4 hrs in 2 days is definetly not healthy!

It was a jungle of concrete...the sun was setting, birds where fighting for a place to sleep, noises where dying down gradually as the city lulled itself to sleep.

It was a modern apartment, well finished, but simple in its own way. In the main room a table stood in the middle, neatly prepared with a plate, a glass and a newspaper.

A noise broke the silence, and the door opened slowly, a hand entered and switched on the light with that natural ability of someone who did this everyday. I stepped inside and closed the door behind me, taking off my coat and doing the daily ritual i have done for the past years. I put on my andrea bocelli cd, stepped out of my clothes and entered the shower. The microwave started heating my meal, one of those pre-cooked cheap ones you find at any supermarket, ah the beauty of technology, and the invention of the timer.

Drying myself off, and putting on my house clothes I sit at my chair, absently eating, my eyes never leaving the painting infront of me...Sunflowers, Van Gogh. It is finished, or I'm fed up stuffing food in my mouth, I don't know nor I care. I push my chair back, pick up the newspaper, and I sit down in my armchair to have a look.

Terrible accident kills 10, 5 earthquake victims, 2 murdered read some of the main headlines, I skimmed through them and the obituaries, a tear falling slowly down my face...another day, other people, and my name's not there.

The music stops and silence sets in.

I fold the newspaper neatly in its place, go to my bedroom, make the sign of the cross and close my eyes. Darkness, then colours, lights, people, some strange places, faces I loved but forgot......a small noise wakes me up, fucken clock. I go to the kitchen, wash last night's utensils, and then they're back to their usual place on the table. I pick up the newspaper from behind the door and fold it neatly in its place, everyday the same, keeps me sane.

A brief shower, I put on my working clothes, look at the full length mirror at the door, remembering I forgot to put on something....

Putting on my mask I go to meet my so called friends, my clients, anyone connected to my job, and hope that today after we laugh and have a fun day at work, my name will be on the newspaper...

well here's an update....its long overdue, but i was in gozo/busy with work/ somehow busy with life/ and lazy as usual.

well lets start with the cons of this concert

security - i could have taken a bazooka with me, no searches nothing...

beer - too fucken few...ended up drinking hot beer Nucking Futs!

time - on the ticket it said doors open at 5...5/30 i was there...entered between 6.30-7, also it was too long, after a day of work it was hell till bob arrived

seating - no seating for the common people...what the fuck? isn't lm 10 enough for a seat?

the compere - unprofessional and antipathic...need i say more?

food / drinks prices - fucken rip off...kfc had a stand, 2-piece chicken lm1...3 piece chicken lm 1.50...oh nice discount, pizza hut had a 1/8 or less slice of pizza for 85c, qas li kienet mbierka..a beer 75c (and warm at that), glass of coke / juice 50c when one buys 1liter at 33c for juice and 45c for coke...and the glass wasn't even half a ltr...btw water stock was low as well...

the bands - i was only disapointed with carey and band...they just did covers although the 11-yr old whiz made up for it...

Morì poco dopo il sequestro il piccolo Tommaso Onofri, ucciso con un colpo di badile alla testa e quindi nascosto sul greto del fiume Enza.
Nella notte il corpicino è stato trovato quando le fotoelettriche dei vigili del fuoco lasciavano prevedere una notte di ricerche. Le speranze di trovare vivo Tommaso si erano però azzerate già dalla confessione di Mario Alessi, il primo a crollare davanti agli investigatori ed a quella successiva di Salvatore Raimondi.
Sono loro due i sequestratori, entrambi fermati dopo oltre otto ore di interrogatori nella questura di Parma e nella caserma dei carabinieri. Con loro e' stata fermata anche Antonella Conserva, compagna di Alessi.
Alessi e Raimondi, entrambi con precedenti penali, avrebbero portato via Tommy la sera del 2 marzo su uno scooter. Secondo la versione data da Alessi, dopo pochissima strada, però, ci sarebbe stata una caduta dallo scooter ed il piccolo avrebbe cominciato a piangere così forte da preoccupare i sequestratori di essere scoperti. Per questo Tommaso fu ucciso.
Diversa la versione di Raimondi, il quale ha ammesso di aver preso parte al sequestro, non ha parlato della caduta dallo scooter ed ha detto che la morte del piccolo e' avvenuta in sua assenza.
Doveva essere un sequestro lampo, forse per estorcere denaro a Paolo Onofri, il padre di Tommaso, facendo leva sul suo incarico di direttore postale che fece gola.Questa mattina è stato Cesare Fontanesi, zio del piccolo Tommaso Onofri, a riconoscere la salma del bambino.
